Lonnie had been wandering the halls for the better part of an hour looking for some way to entertain herself while waiting for her next class to begin. She probably could have gone to find Kyler around the campus, but she found herself just lurking in the hallways around the art majors and the fashion majors and just observing the life around her. People fascinated her in a way that nothing else could. Each person had distinguishing features even if they didn't find them distinguishing at all. Lonnie was sure that she could have drawn every single person that passed by her without even getting bored for one moment.
That was when she saw her. The pale blonde hair and the unique sense of style. The redhead had to draw her or paint her or really do anything artistic. Muse had hit her like a bolt of lightening. She needed to have a piece involving this young woman in her portfolio. Lonnie didn't care if she came across as one of the creepy oddballs that did art. All the people that she had met so far were all so interesting. Lonnie herself was more into the historical parts of art and not so much the drawing, but she did take art classes on the side to better her talents. Now, she had found a subject that might give her the best piece yet.
Moving through the throngs of people, she moved in front of the girl holding her hands up. "I don't want to come off as creepy in any way whatsoever, but I must paint you. You are gorgeous and your face...I have to do it!" Lonnie could get a bit overbearing when it came to asking a subject to be a model, but she didn't care. If she didn't get a yes, she would just keep asking until she finally got a yes. Her bag started to slip from her shoulders so she quickly fixed it looking at the blonde. "Please, say you'll do it or I might have to stalk you with a palette of paint and canvas. It could get messy." The redhead smiled really hoping she wasn't coming off as a creepy stalker girl.
That probably would have made her day though. She had already thought about asking Kyler to be a part of a piece. That would be for her private collection though to hang on her wall and remember the day at the beach. Now, she needed one for her professional portfolio. Yes, this girl would do nicely especially with bright colors. Lonnie usually went for blacks and greys, but this girl...she deserved a dash of bright colors.
