It was about 8 o'clock that morning that Tara had woken up. Normally, she didn't roll out of bed until around 9 or 9:30, but today was just different. She felt great, for once, first thing, before she had even gotten in the shower. That was what she did, before anything else, other than grabbing her phone and turning on music as she got in. Her Tara's shower wasn't long, just long enough to get what she needed done, Once she was done, she climbed out and wrapped herself in her her rainbow butterfly towel and proceeded out to her closet to pick out something wild, just like her. It didn't take long for her to grab her rainbow shredded shorts with studs on them. There was a great occasion that she would wear these, but it seemed like a good day to. She then proceeded to grab a red tank top, her blue jean jacket, mesh bone themed thigh-highs, and rose heels. What a combination; lots of color and orange hair.
Once fully dressed, she sat on the edge of her bed. It was only eight thirty and she didn't have to be at the shop until eleven. There was still plenty of time to do things, and she knew what she wanted to. After getting dressed, she went back to the bathroom and curled her hair. They were long, loose curls that looked natural, it was just not a day for straight hair. Then she went into accesorizing her outfit, adding some bracelets, a ring, some earrings, a bow, and sunglasses that now rested on the top of her head. Tara checked the time, it was only 8:49; why was time going by so slow that morning? Oh well, there was still more that she could do. Searching around her bedroom, she found her backpack which contained to major things; her sketch book and her paint set that included a paint brush. It was the perfect thing to do, just to make time go by faster.
Tara sat at her desk, turned on her lamp, and sat only for about a minute or two befor she had the perfect vision of what she wanted to paint. Brett had said she needed to show him some work done in color, and that was exactly what she was going to show him, eventually. Of course before she started painting anything, she began to sketch out the design, which took quite the while. It was about 9:15 when she finished, so she hurridly got out her water colors and went to work. Thankfully those paints wouldn't take too long to dry because this work was going to be something spectacular once Tara finished. Her fingertips began to give at hints of rainbow from smuding the colors together, and mixing them also. It would've been weird if she hadn't of ended up with some paints on her hands; she worked exretmely hard when it came to painting. Putting on the finishing touches of it, Tara got her phone out of her pocket to check the time; it was 10:23. Almost perfect timing.
It only took her a few minutes to put things up and clean up her desk. She smiled down at the painting, happy with at how it turned out; it was gorgeous to her and resembled her outfit for the day. Checking everything as she closed up her bookbag, she headed out the door towards the shop. In a sense, the shop was starting to become like a second home to her there, because she felt comfortable and loved what she did there, even though it wasn't much, yet. Tara didn't bother to drive there today, she felt like walking, which was perfectly fine because the weather was nice enough and she had plenty of time. Her trip was gorgeous, not a problem along the way. Once she reached the shop doors, she had a bright smile plastered across her face. Walking in, she called out loudly, "Konichiwa," in a bouncey tone. It was a general hello since she didn't know who was all there.
